By booking a program or using this website you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payment

A non-refundable deposit secures your reservation. Final balance is due before the program date. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance receive a refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

Safety

All programs are supervised by trained KSL staff. Parents are responsible for accurately disclosing allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contacts.

Media release

We occasionally photograph or record programs. Let us know in writing if you do not want your child to appear in marketing materials.

Limitation of liability

KSL is not liable for personal property loss or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
